With a passion for both the strategy and craft of design, our Senior Designer works across multiple digital and print platforms to effectively and persuasively tell our clients’ stories. Reports to and partners with the Creative Director and Chief Creative Officer to develop and execute on-brand design work for a variety of sectors, including higher education, the arts, destination brands, healthcare, real estate development, architecture, and more. Has a strong foundation of typographic skills and other design fundamentals, is proficient in Adobe Indesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, and has the ability to see a project through from the initial briefing to its final execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily interaction with Creative Director and other team members
Project supervision/mentoring of junior designers
Direct interaction with clients, delivering presentations when required
Manages multiple projects simultaneously
Builds technically well-crafted files for project final deliverables across both print, and digital channels
Qualifications
Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in an agency, design firm, or related setting
Bachelor’s degree in design or related field of study, or equivalent experience
Strong conceptual thinking skills
Good time management and organizational skills
Experience with brand identity work is a must
Proficiency with core Adobe Creative Suite applications is required
Proficiency with presentation software (PowerPoint, Keynote) preferred
Proficiency with Adobe XD as well as other website development tools preferred
Ability to edit video using Adobe Premier Pro or Final Cut Pro is a plus
