People

We are a company of kindred spirits. We are makers, thinkers, writers, designers, planners and strategists. We know that you ultimately don’t work with a company, you work with people, and our team represents who we truly are because they are DOXA/VANTAGE.

Tim Walker, Principal / Chief Creative Officer

Tim Walker is DOXA’s founding partner and now Chief Creative Officer of DOXA / VANTAGE. He’s an Arkansas native, a graduate of Arkansas State University, and worked in advertising, printing, and higher education before establishing DOXA in 1992. His responsibilities include the formulation of creative strategy in response to client objectives, overseeing the firm’s creative product, and attempting to keep his disturbingly copious coffee consumption and propensity to overthink things to a dull roar.

Tim’s work has been awarded by inclusion in the Communication Arts Design Annual, Print Regional Design Annual, HOW, Step-By-Step Graphics, Graphic Design USA, the Society of Publication Designers Annual, and numerous peer professional organizations. He served as the inaugural president of the Northwest Arkansas chapter of AIGA, has served as an adjunct instructor of graphic design for two regional universities, and served on the professional advisory boards for The University of Arkansas School of Art and the Fay Jones School of Architecture and Design.

Outside of work, Tim is an avid painter, reader, and a fan of architecture, enjoying working in, on, and around his modern house in downtown Fayetteville.

Aaron Bleidt, Principal / Chief Marketing & Communications Officer

Aaron Bleidt is the founding partner of Vantage Point Communications and now Chief Marketing & Communications Officer of DOXA / VANTAGE. With more than 20 years of leadership experience in media, marketing and publishing, Aaron served from 2000 to 2010 as founder/publisher and executive editor of CitiScapes Magazine, NWA’s longest running regional lifestyle magazine. Upon selling CitiScapes, he established Vantage Point Communications in 2010. Through VPC and subsequently D/V, he has led numerous successful marketing/advertising and public relations campaigns, particularly in the nonprofit, arts/culture and tourism sectors. Aaron recently received a C-Suite Award from the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal, recognizing area CEO’s and C-level leaders.

A native of Fayetteville and University of Arkansas alumnus, Aaron is a lifelong resident of Northwest Arkansas who has long been involved in the community he loves. In the nonprofit arena, Aaron has served as an ambassador for Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art and on the boards of Habitat for Humanity, Fayetteville Downtown Partners, Single Parent Scholarship Fund, Fayetteville Underground, NWA Museum Foundation, and the Botanical Garden of the Ozarks. He was elected to three terms representing Fayetteville on the Washington County Quorum Court, and has also served on the Fayetteville Parks Board.

Away from the office, Aaron is a visual artist exhibiting works regionally and nationally, a voracious art collector, and avid kayaker. He and his other/better half enjoy traveling to exotic locales (sandier the better), their century-old Craftsman home in downtown Fayetteville, and their two dog-kids Baxter and Gus.

Neil.jpg

Neil Shipley, Principal / Chief Operations & Financial Officer

Neil Shipley is an original partner of DOXA and now Chief Operating & Financial Officer of DOXA / VANTAGE. He is a 20+ year veteran of the design/marketing community in Northwest Arkansas. His primary roles include oversight of the company’s operational, financial, legal, HR and property management activities. In addition, he serves as the primary contact on several of the firm’s major accounts, and is a trusted resource on traditional and local media.

Neil grew up in Fayetteville and graduated from Tulane University in 1989. He is highly active in the community with a particular passion for youth services and nonprofit organizations, currently serving on the boards of the Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce, the Donald W. Reynolds Boys & Girls Club of Fayetteville, and the Arkansas Community Foundation’s Fayetteville Area Affiliate. He is a lifelong member of Central United Methodist Church.

On the personal side, Neil and his wife Sally have two grown children and a beloved dachshund named Mae. He enjoys the historical perspective, making connections, FHS Purple Bulldogs, Razorback Athletics, the Saints, Buffalo River country and cycling the area’s trails and dirt roads, good music, dabbling in real estate, keeping up with his many friends, a cold beer, and a good sense of humor.

Daniel1.jpg

Daniel Bertalotto / Creative Director

Daniel Bertalotto is one of DOXA / VANTAGE’s longest-term team members, having joined DOXA in 1996 after graduating from Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology. As a creative director, he has a tremendous passion for brand creative in all its forms, having experience with a broad range of clients in arts and education, philanthropy, retail and corporate. He loves to collaborate, problem solve and take deep dives to know all he can about a client to tell their story.

His expertise began with traditional print design and has kept up as mediums have changed over time with web, video and motion to explore broader ways to craft engagement.

Daniel lives in Fayetteville with his wife, three kids and Wheaton Terrier, Ginger. He loves to be outdoors whether on a walk, run or other sports with his kids. Although, quite frankly, most times you’ll probably catch him just doing yard work at home.

Tony.jpg

Tony Steck / Creative Director

Tony Steck is a creative director at DOXA / VANTAGE. In this role, Tony is responsible for leading the creative process through concept/design direction and execution. He has been a team member since 2001.

Tony’s work has been recognized by multiple design publications and professional institutions, including PRINT’s Regional Design Annual, LogoLounge, the Arkansas Hospital Association, and the Council for Advance and Support of Education (CASE).

A transplant from the northeast, Tony grew up in Pennsylvania, went to college in Rochester, NY (RIT) and spent his first year as a graphic designer working for his dad’s design firm just outside of the Baltimore metro area. He then moved to Northwest Arkansas where he fell in love with the “south,” the Razorbacks, and most importantly, the people he affectionately refers to as his “other family.” After 13 years in Arkansas, Tony now lives and works remotely from his office in Bethlehem, PA.

In work and in life, Tony is passionate about relationships. As such, he delights in making connections with clients and design-team members. He is not satisfied to simply work for his clients. He strives to know them and to serve them.

Tony is married to the love of his life, Heather, and is a father of two children (where he is literally “winging it” one day at a time). He’s also a weekend-warrior photographer.

Greg.jpg

Greg Moore / Art Director

Greg Moore has been a key member of the team for almost a decade, having originally joined the VPC team in 2012, but he’s worked as a graphic artist for nearly two decades. Originally from California’s Bay Area, Greg holds a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from John Brown University, where he studied briefly under DOXA / VANTAGE principal/CCO Tim Walker. In his work as art director, Greg is drawn to experimenting and stretching, always looking for new ways to help clients tell their stories.

Also an exhibiting visual artist, his “found objects” paintings on salvaged metal and other found surfaces have appeared in New American Paintings, the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette and The Idle Class magazine.

After years spent in Fayetteville, Greg now lives in Little Rock with his wife Ashley and their two dogs Desi and Oakland.

Michelle+Bradford.jpg

Michelle Bradford / Public Relations Director & Senior Copywriter

Michelle Bradford is DOXA / VANTAGE’s public relations director and senior copywriter, helping clients tell their stories, raise visibility and communicate flawlessly across multiple channels. Whether writing to connect, stir or sell, Michelle believes a great story is one of the most powerful forces on the planet. She has been a key team member for seven year, having joined the VPC team in 2013.

A former journalist with the statewide Arkansas Democrat-Gazette newspaper, Michelle also served as a media-relations practitioner for a Fortune 500 company, supporting legal, employment and compliance issues. Her wide circles and ease in connecting opens doors for clients to news coverage, web clicks and stakeholder engagement.

A native Floridian, Michelle is a cum laude graduate of the University of Arkansas who today lives in Springdale with her husband, Rob Smith. On owning the many parts of who she is, Michelle celebrates her identity as a woman with alopecia and believes in shaping today’s narrative in ways that are constructive, helpful and true. Michelle supports animal rescue, and she knows the name of every dog on her street. She’s a sucker for recycled fashion, modern-art-anything and true crime.

Abbey Pierce.jpg

Abbey Pierce / Media Manager

As DOXA / VANTAGE’s media manager, Abbey Pierce works with clients to learn and understand their core values and objectives, collaborating with them to build a meaningful media strategy that holistically communicates their latest and greatest to their target audiences through a variety of mediums. She oversees the execution of campaigns across print, digital, radio, television, social media and more.

With a bachelor’s degree in hospitality administration from Arkansas Tech University, Abbey’s facilitatory nature and optimistic demeanor brings warmth and welcome to each day in the workplace. She joined the VPC team in 2016 and is now approaching five years with the newly merged company. Part of what Abbey enjoys most in her role at D/V is working with a diverse list of clients across many industries, because it challenges one to stay creative and well-read in all that is new in the marketing-verse.

A native of the Natural State, Abbey has lived in Northwest Arkansas for six years and loves calling the majestic Ozarks home. In her free time, she is a talented musician and singer/songwriter, and loves to be out and about in nature whenever possible with her partner Jacob and their dog, Copper.

CorrieBW.jpg

Corrie Blair / Graphic Designer

Corrie Blair has been a part of the DOXA / VANTAGE design team since 2007. Corrie holds a bachelor’s degree in graphic design from Arkansas State University. Prior to joining the firm, she completed her internship with an agency in Little Rock, her home stomping grounds.

Corrie loves collaborating with her creative cohorts, and she might be a touch OCD as she has been known to like working on what could be considered tedious production projects. However, her favorite projects have been book and layout designs. Being able to bring a client’s voice to life through design (especially on the printed page) is incredibly rewarding to her.

When away from her desk, Corrie enjoys hiking, cycling, reading, yoga, and working on home projects with her husband as they eagerly await adopting their first child.

RFS-1-lighter.jpg

Reynolds Sharp / Digital Designer

Reynolds Sharp joined the agency as a member of the design team in 2017. A native of Fayetteville, he has an education in business and graphic design. His professional focus is on brand identity, web design, and development.

Reynolds has served as Social Media Chair and Communications Director for the Northwest Arkansas chapter of AIGA (2017-19) and holds UX certifications from Nielsen Norman Group.

Reynolds spends his free time running on the Razorback Greenway trail system, eating vegan food, and watching True Crime docs with his wife and cats.

Maddie.jpg

Madalyn Snow / Office Manager

Maddie Snow is the newest member of the DOXA / VANTAGE team, having joined the company in the summer of 2020. In her role as office manager, she is responsible for company financial matters including client billing, accounts receivable/payable and banking.

Born and raised in Ponca City, Oklahoma, and having graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a bachelor’s degree in public relations, Maddie has called Fayetteville her home since 2016. Prior to joining the D/V team, she worked in the entertainment industry as an administrative team member at the BOK Center in Tulsa, and also in the dental field for three years as a patient coordinator and marketing coordinator.

Maddie loves problem solving and client interaction, and when not at work, she enjoys going to see live music, being outdoors and spending time with her husband Logan and dog Suzy.
